We are also very proud of our two apprentices who have successfully completed their first year of training. Particularly noteworthy is the performance of our apprentice as industrial mechanic Ms. Andrea Bippus. With a grade point average of 1.1, Andrea received the Hengstler Promotion Award at the Erwin Teufel Trade School in Spaichingen, for being the best trainee in her year of training. We have also appreciated this excellent performance at our summer event and honored it with a prize. A special thanks has to go to our technical trainer Winfried Moser, who supervises our industrial mechanics and guides them through their apprenticeship. Especially in times of a shortage of skilled workers, the training of our own junior staff is becoming more and more important. We still have apprenticeship vacancies for this year.
