As in previous years, CVT hired additional industrial apprentices at their plant Gosheim to begin their training. In addition to the classic industrial mechanic and the specialist for metal technology, CVT has also been trained the process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology since 2016.

Paul Capellmann, technical managing director, knows that the internal training of skilled workers is becoming increasingly important. The shortage of skilled workers is an increasing problem that we can only counteract through personal action. "The trainee of today is the skilled worker of tomorrow," says Capellmann. It is particularly important for CVT to offer school leavers attractive career prospects and the possibility of a secure job year after year.
