There is a lot happening at the plant in Gosheim. Even during the ongoing difficult economic situation, CVT continues to make investments to keep the machinery up to date with the rapidly developing technology. With the delivery of the two new EMAG VL2 machines, we are expanding to the latest technology in this field. By increasing capacity, we ensure that we can accommodate the current high order situation and continue to guarantee smooth processes for our customers. The two machines, including stackers, L - shuttles and track motion, are linked together for optimum handling and better productivity. In addition, the machines are particularly resource-efficient, we are now able to produce identical components using much less energy and in a much shorter time. Our possibilities in production increase, from now on we are also able to produce saw cuttings up to a diameter of 110mm and a total length of 150mm. It will remain exciting, because further major investments in the area of plastic injection molding and in the component, assembly will follow very soon.
