Our gear cutting department has grown again! Our machine park is now complemented by two new köpfer from the 160 series. 

The machines are almost identical in construction to our existing machines. The subtle difference, however, is the feed for the workpieces, which is new for CVT. This has a positive effect on cycle times and increases productivity. Another advantage of the new machine is that repair and maintenance costs are much lower than with the previous one. This improved efficiency and stability not only saves the company money, but also time, as the new machine naturally has less downtime. A good long-term investment for the Gosheim site!

By the way, the new machine is also something very special for our supplier Köpfer EMAG - in fact, the machine is the 500th machine sold! We at CVT were already the lucky purchaser of the 100th machine.
