The purchase of the new measuring machine "Keyence VL - 550" opens up completely new possibilities for us. Per click, 16 million measuring points are captured, so that the finest structures are recognizable. Through the optical 3D analysis, it is possible for us to completely capture complex shapes, as well as large parts in 360° with just one click. Only the part to be measured has to be placed on the object table in order to obtain a complete optical scan. Directly after the scan, shape and position tolerances, CAD comparisons and profile measurements can be carried out. We are thus able to detect possible deviations directly with only one measurement, which is a clear advantage over a tactile measuring machine. Due to the simple and efficient new measurement analysis, we save a lot of time. The time saved enables us to give the customer prompt response and to make adjustments quickly.
